TAJDEED
 
With a vision of capitalizing on the local expertise, and in an attempt to show appreciation to the UAE national retirees who served their country with dedication and sincerity, and in order to provide those who remain keen to contribute to their nation's development with a chance to update their skills and stay abreast of changes and career options within the labor marker, the Abu Dhabi Emiratization Council has launched the Tajdeed Program in order to provide job opportunities for experienced government retirees, by offering them theoretical and practical retraining and support to facilitate their re-integration in to the labor market.

       

 
TAJDEED Program Objective
The Program was designed by world-class experts using high international standards, which strike a balance between the participants' potential and career ambition and the needs of the local workforce market. The Program objectives are:
  •      To offer training and development to AbuDhabi retirees between the ages of 35-50.
  •      To broaden the participants' social and professional horizons and utilize the capabilities of the retired, yet productive, individuals in the labor market.
TAJDEED Program Structure:
The training and development component will last for 3 months, 3 days a week (morning shift).

Training Courses:
  •       ICDL (International Computer Driving License).
  •       Business English Language.
TAJDEED Admission Requirements:
  •      The Program is open to UAE National retirees (Males and Females) who: 

                    -  Are aged between 35- and 50 years old.

  •      Desire to develop their skills and are committed to fulfill the Program requirements.
  •      Desire to gain employment at private and public sector organizations.
