Our Programs
The
UAE
Academy was launched in 2006 with the objectives of building three major program areas:
Emiratization was the first to be launched in 2006 with the IBDAA program and in 2007 with the TAJDEED program. These Emiratization Programs have been the foundation of the
UAE
Academy and established it as the leading training and Emiratization organization in the UAE.
Corporate Training was the second program to be launched in 2008, when the
UAE
Academy started offering corporate clients training in Business & Management, Language & Communications, and Information Technology. The Corporate Training program has been very successful in meeting the training needs of major private and government organizations and is the most rapidly expanding area of all the Academy’s programs.
In the third area of Degree Programs, the
UAE
Academy’s objective is to expand its role in the development of UAE’s National and International Human Resources by offering higher degrees. The Degree Program area is currently under development, with a targeted launch in 2009.
