Our Value Proposition
Many traditional educational institutions create programs based on theoretical models. These programs are then delivered to learners who are not always successful in transferring that knowledge to the workplace. At the UAE Academy, however, we have a unique value proposition which reverse-engineers this traditional model.
Our model begins with analysis of the skills and qualifications required by the job market. We then compare these needs to the competencies present in the current workforce and identify the gaps. Our programs, grounded in both theory and practical applications, are thus designed and developed to bridge these specific gaps.
