| Today, at the
Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, over 20 companies launched the Emiratization Employer Partner Program in a group signing ceremony. The Chamber’s Director General, Mr. Mohamed Rashed Al Hameli welcomed the companies and signed the agreement on behalf of the
UAE
Academy.
The
UAE
Academy is a wholly owned subsidiary of the
Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and operates as a
Center of
Excellence and Human Resource Development in the Emirate of
Abu Dhabi. The
UAE
Academy is a leading provider of training programs, and is known for its highly successful Emiratization program, IBDAA.
The IBDAA Program is an innovative program that includes extensive recruiting, training, career guidance and mentoring elements to assist young National graduates that are seeking to enter the labor force. The program also collaborates with the Employers to understand their needs and requirements and to assist them in hiring National graduates that will become valuable contributors and employees.
The Emiratization Employer Partner Program is designed to improve the level of collaboration and cooperation between the employers and the
UAE
