The Leadership Program provides graduates and school leavers with skills and training coupled with experience to enable them to take up leadership positions in industry.

The Leadership Program has two elements:

1. Job Placement and Higher Education for Graduates

2. Job Placement and Higher Education for School Leavers

In each case, a tailored and industry specific learning and career program is designed in conjunction with the needs of identified corporate sponsor who will commit to providing internships and mentorship during training, and a leadership position in their organization at the successful completion of the program.
