In coordination with the Administration Team, the coordinator is responsible for:
· meetings arrangement, booking of conference rooms for visitors
· logistic support of in-house and/or external training, seminar or related events
· vehicle transportation for official duties and events
· various clerical tasks (preparing UPS, sending fax, documents scanning)
· ensure that the facilities in the building is well-maintained and functioning.
· mail services, supply purchases, office assignments, as well as any duty incumbent to the Administration Department.
· day-to-day requirements such as stationery in the specified department.
· He/she maintains an orderly and safe work environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
· A bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
· At least 1-3 years experience in a similar capacity
· Ability to work as a team and as an independent player.
· Fluent in English and Arabic.
