HR
Coordinator
Job Purpose
To perform and assist the management with
human resources functions/duties and act as a HR facilitator to
internal and external stakeholders.
Principal Accountabilities
· Maintain
the HR system and the daily operational HR duties as such payroll, compensation
and benefits.
· Implements
and maintains HR filing system
· Coordinates
activities, information meetings, and various training programs.
· Provides
administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports,
schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues.
· Assists
the management with the recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes and
sends appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.
· Plans
and conduct new hire orientation programs.
· Implementing
training and development programs to ensure optimal company-wide performance.
· Works
closely with all the stakeholders to ensure a positive work environment.
· Assist
and respond to stakeholders’ enquiries in regards to HR related issues.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
· A
bachelor degree in Business Administration, Personnel or Human Resource, any
additional post-graduate certificate in HR is advantageous.
· At
least 3 years experience in a HR related job function.
· Ability
to work as a team and as an independent player.
· Fluent
in English and Arabic.
