Consultants/Senior Consultants/Principal Consultants
 
Job Purpose:

To be responsible for the analysis, design, development, delivery and management of corporate learning and management consulting solutions and projects to enhance internal capabilities and to meet clients’ needs and expectations.

Area of Competencies:

Candidates should ideally possess one or two of the following area of expertise:

Management Consultancy, in core areas of Business Excellence/EFQM, Entrepreneurship/SME Development, Environment/Health & Safety, Information Technology, Leadership & Organizational Development, People Development/HR, Productivity & Quality, & Strategic Management.

Principal Accountabilities:

· To support the business development and sales team in preparing corporate learning and/or management consulting project proposals including course outlines and consulting approaches that meet clients’ needs.

· To apply expertise and/or creates new approaches to apply expertise across the industries and disciplines.

· To work with clients to solve technical/tactical problems or identify, recommend and/or implement improvement solutions to clients’ business problems.

· To work with organizations to build new capabilities and improve work performance through solutions oriented analysis including:

  • process analysis, value stream analysis, value delivery and critical success factors
  • competency identification and assessment, the design and development of learning programs and curricula, and the delivery of training to stakeholders
  • design, develop and deliver curricula and/or consulting solutions according to client objectives, and program objectives.

· To facilitate internal project teams to develop and deliver corporate learning programs and/or management consulting solutions.

· To execute and complete an assigned project within the time, scope, and budget and ensuring client's satisfaction till project completion.

· To develop new and innovative corporate learning and management consulting products and solutions for Institute for Professional Development

· To mentor and guide internal junior consultants in specific competencies, program delivery and consulting process skills.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

· At least MBA, MA or MSc degree in related fields; any Professional certification is an added advantage

· Fluent in English and Arabic

· 5+ years of experience with professional work as an instructional designer, educator, or internal/external consultant with experience managing team based consulting project

· 5+ years of experience with learning analysis and strategy, content design and development, content delivery, learning technology, or learning evaluation

· Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

· Can take full ownership for delivery of a project or a major assigned work stream.
