The Emiratization Support

The Emiratization Support group provides the critical bridge between the trainee /  job seeker and the employer.  The Emiratization Support group provides two very important services for the job seekers and the employers.


     

 

Trainee / Job Seeker:

 

The Emiratization Support group works with each trainee when they enter the program to start the process of developing their career plans.  This career plan forms the basis of how they write their CV, what specialized certificates they select and what industries and employers they approach.  This advising is an activity that continues with the trainee until they are employed and leave the program.  This is perhaps the most critical element of the program in developing positive attitudes and motivation in the trainee.

 

  
The UAE Academy Emiratization Support process is a 6 stage program.

·   Review CV with Emiratization Support Services Advisor

Stage 3

·   Review Self Assessment

·   Review current job market

·   Identify relevant career paths

·   Identify potential employers and positions

Stage 4

·   Interview Preparation Workshop

·   Prepare for a successful interview

Stage 5

·   Review Open Position(s)

·   Apply for Interviews

·   Receive Job Offers

·   Accept Job Offer

·   Evaluate Opportunities

·   Apply for Jobs

·    Do Interviews

·    Evaluate job offers

Stage 6

·  Interview the IBDAA graduate.

·  Obtain feed back on the impact of the program

·  Obtain feed back on their progress

 
 

Employer:

 

The Emiratization Support group also reaches out to the employers in government and industry to develop close working relationships.  These relationships are a key to understanding the specific needs of each employer and the specific job opportunities that are available.  The Emiratization Support Center works with the employers to understand the job requirements and packages so that they can set the appropriate expectations with the trainee. 

 

The Emiratization Support Services facilitates the matching of trainees with employers, the interview process and the final selection.
