The UAE Academy runs two Emiratization programs, IBDAAand TAJDEED.
The IBDAA program is an innovative and highly effective program which targets university graduate UAE nationals who wish to enter the job market, but lack the skills or the professional confidence to compete effectively.
The TAJDEED Program is a specialized program which targets retired UAE nationals who have served their country and desire to be reintegrated into the workforce. The program develops their skills by providing practical and proven skills to accelerate their reintegration into the workforce

The IBDAA Program includes an Emiratization Support group that provides career development and job placement services to the trainees. Each trainee and job seeker is provided career guidance, CV Preparation and Interview Skills training. At the same time, job requirements from the business community are developed and the job seekers are matched up with the job vacancies of the employers
