In 2010, IPD is proud to launch the following innovative certified programs that display our in-house research capabilities in the latest competency based approach that combined the integration of theory and practical industry experience to suit the executives and professionals in the leading fields.

·         Certified Service Professional 

The Certified Service Professional (CSP) is developed to provide a progression pathway for individuals to be assessed for the required competencies in order to be an all-rounded service professional. The competencies are derived after a comprehensive research of numerous best practices in the global arena and combined with the experts’ industry experience. Participants of this course can expect a robust and interactive session and upon successful assessment, a certified service professional title will be awarded.

·         Certified Leadership Program

The Certified Leadership Program is a series of programs that is aimed at the different levels of the organizations. Each  module is carefully developed with the relevant competencies for each stage of an individual’s career. The Leadership Development Program provides leaders at all levels with a set of fundamental competencies to guide their development.  As leaders within an organization may need different sets of competencies to be successful, the program offers courses based on modularized units of competency under the Leadership Development Skills Qualification (LDSQ) and tailored to their specific job requirements.

·         Certified Essential Employability Skills (EES) Program

The essential employability skills program is aimed at equipping the participants with the readiness to enter the modern workforce. The EES is a comprehensive competency based training program specially customized for learners who wants to upgrade their core skills and be competent in the workforce. Our differentiating factor for the program is that we have linked learning to evidence of performance. Learners of our program must demonstrate through the class activities that they have mastered certain skills and knowledge identified for them. In the process, they will be given practical relevant assessment in order to be awarded the certificate of achievement issued by the UAE Academy.
