The Back to Work program targets Emirati job-seekers who possess some prior experience in another industry or are over the age of 30. This particular segment comprises more than 60% of the total Emirati job-seekers in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.  This program targets the literate category from this group and will provide a one week “Back to Work” workshop.
